Mixstory is an unconventional and exciting way to challenge ourselves. CASDEN has a focus on public service, we created a challenge on how much money is invested in each part of the French public sector. It will be a great tool used on tablets when running events at trade fairs.

We worked with the Play Curious team to develop Mixstory as a means of communicating the roll out of our updated company values at Swisslog. It was important for us that our colleagues understood why we were updating our values, and the meaning behind them! For the quiz element of the game, we chose a theme around famous people who had personally demonstrated behaviors associated with our updated values. We then asked our colleagues to reflect on how those same behaviors might be used in their own jobs. The game was a great way to engage our global employee base, and really get them thinking about their own behaviors, as well as help them to understand how the values play a crucial role in our overall organizational culture journey.
